RJJ Worldwide Limited is the airfreight arm of the RJJ Group. Our office in Colnbrook serves directly the three main London Airports of Heathrow, Gatwick and Stanstead. We can also handle shipments at all other UK airports via our representation through localised agents who have been selected to meet the same criteria of high service levels that the staff at Colnbrook have set.
Exports
Our export department provides a full range of services for the movement of goods. As account holders with all the major Airlines we are able to obtain the keenest rates for the benefit of our customers. Shipments that must travel on Direct I.A.T.A Air Waybills can often attract savings and movements that are covered by Letters of Credit are carefully prepared and monitored to ensure presentation of documents to the Bank are in order.
We also offer consolidation services to all major destinations throughout the world. Once the shipments arrive at their destination they are handled by carefully nominated agents who can either arrange clearance and delivery to your customer or transfer the goods to their nominated representative. Either way the movement of your goods are monitored until delivered.
Imports
Our Import operation has a wealth of experience in dealing with customs procedures where an hands-on approach is essential. We have a direct link to the Customs CHIEF and Airport computer systems which enable us to arrange efficient and speedy clearances, then after clearance we are able to arrange delivery. This can be on a special same day delivery or on our regular next day service.
Urgent and 'just in time' shipments are a speciality and we can arrange 24 hour coverage if required.
With our network of overseas agents worldwide we can obtain the most advantageous rates and routings to suit our customers needs. Once you have placed your order, let us know and via our appointed representatives we can progress chase with the supplier and monitor the total movement of your shipment until it reaches it?s final point of delivery.
Warehousing
At Airport House we also have warehouse facilities so we can offer short or long term logistic arrangements specifically designed on an individual basis. The warehouse also allows us to remove your cargo to a secure area as soon as possible after clearance and therefore avoid the heavy storage which is imposed by the airlines.
